Summer Activity: Outdoor Movies at NCMA

Did you know that the North Carolina Museum of Art offers movies in the amphitheater of the Museum Park every summer? Shown on the enormous screen built into the wall of the East Building, all films are free to members or $4.00 for non-members (children 6 or under are admitted for free). Some of the upcoming movies include:

Friday, June 29 at 9:00 p.m. -- E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial

Saturday, July 7 at 9:00 p.m. -- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2

Friday, July 20 at 9:00 p.m. -- The Muppets

The NCMA advises that you bring blankets and lawn chairs.  Picnics are welcome, and concessions will also be sold on site.  For more information and to buy tickets, visit NCMA's website here.
